Delivery Time

We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier services.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,999.
  • A standard shipping fee will be applied to orders below the free shipping threshold. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure that the correct shipping address and contact number are provided to avoid delivery issues.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts at the provided address. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused delivery, the order may be returned to us.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
